ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. Please see below for Return Policy & Procedures!

THE POLICY
We accept returns for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days from purchase date. After the 14 day grace period has passed, your purchase becomes all sales final and will no longer be able to be returned or credited to your account. All sales final on sale items. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or credit.

THE CRITERIA
All items must be returned in their original condition. All unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached. If returned merchandise does not meet our specific criteria, you will forfeit your Store Credit and your item(s) will be donated to a local charity. 

THE PROCESS
To start the return process and ensure you are credited  with the correct amount, you will need to initiate a Return Authorization Request. 

    1.    Locate your Order Number - You can locate this on information on your account. 
    2.    Email us at shopaayonline@gmail.com to send in your Return Request. 
    3.    Subject Line Example:

RETURN REQUEST: Order #12345 - John Smith

Once your Return Authorization Request is approved, you will be sent a Return Label via email and a shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your Online Store Credit.  Once we receive your returned product, then you will be issued the remainder of your Online Store Credit. Please note that items being shipped back must be post marked by the 14th day to be eligible for return. 



Local Return Drop Off

Once your Return Authorization Request is approved via email, you may bring your items along with your packing slip to the store for drop off. Note: Your items will be inspected further to ensure they meet the criteria for a returned item. If they do not meet said criteria, your items will not accepted and will be returned to you.

Online Store Credit is issued in the form of E-Gift Card via Shopify. 

If your Return Authorization Request is denied - you will receive an email stating the reason for the request denial.
